abloveridge.com – what really is it…
There are two sides to abloveridge.com
1st abloveridge.com is a retail shop online, I trademark product that I design and sell it to everyone and anyone who likes what they see.
I also represent different licensed products that I have contract agreements with e.g. Jim Beam and many others
There are warehouses on the Gold Coast and in Victoria where I manufacture and store the product that you order, it goes thru an order process and then sent to you… the customer.
2nd part of abloveridge.com is that I am a FIFO (Fly in Fly out) Publican (General Manager), I work in remote parts of Australia and fly back to the Gold Coast where I call home.
abloveridge.com and the general managers role have been working and operating together for the past 7 years and I pride myself in giving great customer service and getting the product to the customer in superfast time with a small charge in freight cost.
The Pilbara Region
On and off since 2003 I've have been part of the pilbara region working or living or holidaying in the pilbara and of course sometimes going back to the gold coast.
Most people have come into contact with me thru my association with the Dampier Mermaid Hotel, either knowing me as big fella, brother, capt 'c' or many other strange names I won't write on this website.
There also has been a few that I have come into contact with from my days at woodie woodie mine site or yandi bhp or at club hamilton (fmg) in south hedland and thanks for the ideas.
In late 2010 I am now back at the Mermaid Hotel and thanks to Keith, Nick and CJ, I’ve been handed the opportunity to get creative and drive the mermaid to new heights.
It’s great to be back, this time the mermaid is bigger and better and has gone ballistic.
The Pilbara is truly a Disneyland of opportunity.
You come to the pilbara to work eat sleep (and play) work eat sleep and play a bit more - but leave a positive footprint behind and make it better place than it was before.
So why fifo and pilbara princess etc?
Well since we live in a full on sanitized policy driven environment, it’s time to have a laugh and what better way than to lightly poke fun at one another.

The Kimberley Region
After leaving the Pilbara for a year (in 2009) (after the GFC) I went to explore the Kimberley.
I was offered the general manager position to run the Hotel Kununurra for Martin Pearson - Jones.
I had a great time in Kununurra and met so many beaut people and explored the untouched wilderness of the East Kimberley, it is certainly an area of Australia that has made a lasting impression on me and I will be back many times to explore and catch up.
